Dyson Demo Store Service Center

Jonathan and the other sales associates present at the Dallas (Park Lane) Dyson Service Center/storefront on 11/25/23 were EXCELLENT to work with...so kind, knowledgeable and professional. You'd not think you could get such a good deal in the actual Dyson store itself, but you can! Going INTO the store in person is the ONLY way to buy a Dyson! Excellent service from these guys, they really knew what we were talking about. I was able to get my Vacuum fixed in less than 30 minutes. Reasonably priced and very experienced technician and store manager were able to explain the problem and make sure I left the store satisfied. I will be a returning customer for all my Dyson needs.

I have a Dyson hairdryer that was out of warranty for 6 days when I took it into the service center to be fixed. They told me to call the 1-800 number and they would be able to take care of me. I called them and sat on hold for 30 minutes just to be told there was nothing they could do because it is out of warranty. I understand if it had been out of warranty for even a month or two but 6 days??? Beware - looks like their products last just long enough to make it through the warranty period.

This was my first time coming to this store. Our vacuum developed an issue, and I saw in other reviews that this location actually has a service center as well. Courtney helped me address the issue. She was so professional and helpful and walked me through what the potential issue might be. She then took the unit back to the person that services the units, and it was decided that the best course of action would be to replace the motor. Since it was under warranty, that was free. While the service was being done, I chatted some with the other salesperson, Mark. He was friendly and really knowledgeable about all of their products, and keyed me in to some new items I wasn’t aware of before. The entire process took about 30 minutes, and I walked out with essentially a brand new machine. Customer service matters, and this store delivers it at a five star level. Both of these employees were an absolute delight, and are to be commended for the service they provide.

This store is the best!! My professional Dyson hairdryer stopped working after a year and a half so I brought it in here. We were immediately greeted by several staff members and Mark helped us out, he was so friendly and helpful!! He was able to lookup up the purchase date and since it was still under warranty he processed getting me a new one right then and there! I will definitely be back there to purchase any future Dyson products.

Horrible customer service. Placed an online order the first email I received stated the delivery date would be 5/10/23. Umm it’s DECEMBER. the second email received a few days later stating my order transaction was cancelled not reasoning behind it. Today (week later) I got 2 emails one saying my order was cancelled and one giving me a shipping confirmation. Wait times are over 50min and no one ever answered. So frustrating. This was a Christmas gift. I don’t know if I will receive my order or not. I did want to spend ANOTHER $300 if one is already in route. I will never order directly through Dyson

My experience at this service store was wonderful! I came in with two broken machines, a Dyson hairdryer and a Dyson air wrap, that were likely broken to poor maintenance on my part. Adrian, Courtney, and Ron all helped me today, and each of them were extremely helpful and patient with me. They told me about their recycling process, and took a further look at my air wrap to figure out the exact problem, explaining to me clearly each step of the way. I recommend coming here to ask any questions about your Dyson, returning an old machine, or to buy a new machine for the future! Thanks guys!
